WHY SUPPORT US?
When you donate to Spectrum Works, you help drive social change and help young adults with autism live up to their potential for stable, successful, economically self-sufficient lives.
Join us and make a difference! Your contribution will help change society’s perception of how to integrate people with autism into the workplace, raise awareness that individuals with autism can be valuable employees and increase employment opportunities for individuals with autism.
Spectrum Works is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. Our federal Tax Identification number is 27-4810387.
Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
Your donation goes directly to our annual budget to support our programs and operations.
Your generosity truly makes a difference for our students!
Examples of what your support can do to make an impact
$1,000 supports one month of the twelve-month internship for an individual with autism. Become a reoccurring monthly donor and support all twelve months of a student’s internship!
You are welcome to donate any amount to Spectrum Works.
Support the future of Autism Employment across the nation by contributing to the development of the Spectrum BRIDGES platform.
Share your support of Spectrum Works on social media and help spread the word that people with autism can be valuable productive employees!
Matching Contributions: Many companies sponsor matching gift programs and will make a gift to Spectrum Works when an employee or spouse makes a gift. Please check with your employer about its matching gift program!

"It was meant to be from the very beginning… it really gives him the ability to do something that he loves to do." Donna Romano, Parent.
Jobs Change Lives.
“I don’t know of any other organization that does this. The staff stays with the students, trains them and shows them what to do. They even work with the owner of the company to fill positions. It makes me very happy…Andrew’s a proud kid and he has gained confidence. People appreciate what he is doing.” - Larry Berra, Parent
